Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders.
Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking instructions.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, courier issues, peak shopping periods, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GenMart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find a suitable resolution.
GenMart is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward.
